S2C takes FPGA Protoyping to the Cloud: Prodigy Complete Prototyping Platform handles projects of “any” size | Xilinx Apr 21, 2015

If you want to develop an FPGA Prototyping system that can handle any design size across multiple geographical locations, you’d better have big plans. That word—big—defines S2C’s just-announced Prodigy Complete Prototyping Platform, which consists of several existing components:

Prodigy Logic Modules: FPGA-based prototyping boards. For example, see the TAI Logic Modules (now renamed Prodigy Logic Modules) based on Xilinx Virtex-7 2000T 3D FPGAs ("TAI Player Pro 5.1 prototyping tool automatically partitions very large designs across multiple Virtex-7 3D FPGAs.")

Prodigy Player Pro 5.1: a system that can partition a design across multiple FPGAs and multiple boards filled with FPGAs

Prodigy ProtoBridge AXI: links system-level simulation environments to FPGA-based prototyping.

An extensive library of more than 80 Prodigy Prototype Ready IP components including interfaces and accessory modules

Many of these components existed before under the S2C name "TAI".  What's really new is the plan to manage these large prototyping systems using a yet-to-be announced cloud-based application that can handle designs as large as 1 billion gates. S2C also plans to announce unprecedented debug capabilities that will allow for multi-FPGA, deep trace debugging.
